Description
How it works
Each horizontal plate freezer has several horizontal plates with refrigerant running through them. Products in trays or boxes are placed between the open plates, which then close to provide fast double-contact freezing from both sides.
Efficient
The cold plates maintain the same temperature across all plates. This shortens the time products must stay in the freezer and reduces weight loss, resulting in a higher yield.
