Eagle Pack 550 PRO
The Eagle Pack 550 PRO is designed for X-ray inspection of food products in large bags, pouches, cartons, thermoformed trays and multipack containers. It detects and automatically rejects physical contaminants:
- Glass shards (including glass in glass containers)
- Metal fragments (including metal in foil and metallised film packaging)
- Mineral stone
- Some plastic and rubber compounds
- Calcified bone
It works with foil and metallised film packaging and detects foreign bodies in:
- Plastic containers
- Cartons/boxes
- Pouches
- Bags/sacks
- Trays
- Tubes
The system offers 549 mm (21.6 in) of detection coverage at belt level and high-speed imaging at up to 90 m/min (295 FPM).
Product integrity checks
Multiple inspection modes run simultaneously to perform inline product integrity checks:
