Description
Eagle Tall PRO XSDV
The Eagle Tall PRO XSDV is ideal for inspecting high-speed can, jar, bottle and composite container lines and other upright containers, especially where line space is limited. Its dual side-view detection analyses two images of each container, increasing the probability of finding hard-to-detect contaminants:
- Glass shards (including glass in glass containers)
- Metal fragments (including metal in foil and metallised film packaging)
- Mineral stone
- Some plastic and rubber compounds
- Calcified bone
The system handles foil and metallised film packaging at line rates in excess of 1,000 PPM and helps avoid costly product recalls. Suitable packaging types:
- Tall rigid containers, including glass, metal and ceramic
- Plastic containers
- Cartons/boxes
- Pouches
- Bags/sacks
Product integrity checks
Multiple inspection modes add value and return on investment by performing simultaneous inline checks:
