Description

Eagle Upright Rejector

The Eagle Upright Rejector is a soft reject device that removes containers that fail quality specifications and keeps them upright as they are transferred to a parallel conveyor. It is gentle enough to also be used as a standalone line sorter.

Eagle QuadView and Tall PRO X-ray systems are primarily used for packaged products that are taller than they are wide. Tall, rigid and glass containers present specific challenges for quality and contaminant inspection. Because it is a soft ejector, the Upright Rejector is especially useful for plastic containers with irregular and unsteady bases, glass jars and PET bottles, where pusher rejectors can break glass or make rework difficult.

The rejector features up to 15 independently driven fingers that form a moving transfer guide proportional to product speed, and operates at up to 1,000 containers per minute or 120 metres per minute.
